Dave began working with his grandfather Joe Fain, who started this company in 1976, since he was 15 years old. He started as a laborer and rig hand, moving up in the company from Lead Driller to Drilling department manager. He then took over the VP position and worked alongside Joe for about 10 years and eventually took over his grandfather’s role as Owner/President. When asked what his favorite part of his career in the water well industry, he said “It is always changing, every job is different and challenging. We provide water for those in need. We save properties, homes, businesses from going under due to water prices. We make California beautiful. I get to work with the best team and equipment in the industry and I am able to use the knowledge I learned from my Grandfather everyday. I love that I will be able to continue his legacy for many years to come.”
In his spare time Dave enjoys camping, boating, and off road sports with his daughters and wife. He also dabbles in slow pitch softball every now and then.
